Our microgreens are custom grown especially for you. To be delivered the following week, you must place your order before Friday at midnight, the microgreens are planted on Sunday and delivered 9 days later, on Tuesday.

Buckwheat Microgreens are Gluten-Free, they are not related to Wheat and is actually a fruit seed that is related to rhubarb and sorrel. Buckwheat microgreens have a citrusy lettuce type flavour, the stems are soft and make for a fantastic salad packed with nutrients.
